Returns & Exchanges

At &SONS, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
